In this episode, we delved into the heart of worship leading and how its essence lies not on the platform but in the secret, intimate moments with God. Steve Tebb has been leading worship for over 15 years and travels full-time as an Itinerant Worship Leader with a heart to bless churches, ministries, and events around the UK. He also travels internationally, leading worship, as well as speaking, equipping, and training teams. He is currently in the process of recording and is on the cusp of releasing his new album, Stand In Awe.
Steve is passionate about seeing the true worshipers of God being awakened in the global body through corporate worship with fresh fire and love for Jesus. His desire is that it would lead to lives healed, set free, delivered, transformed, and renewed by the glory of God in order to carry out the gospel and Kingdom on earth. His greatest joy is to see the Great Commandment fulfilled through the prizing of intimacy and the pursuit of God’s presence, becoming a daily reality for the Church.

Darlene Zschech is loved and acclaimed all over the world as a composer, worship leader, pastor, author, and speaker, and became most well-known for her involvement as worship pastor at Hillsong Church, Sydney, over many years. Although she has achieved numerous gold albums and her songs are sung in many nations of the world, Darlene’s success simply stands as a testimony to her life’s passion for serving God and people with all her heart. Alongside her husband Mark, they are the Senior Pastors of Hope Unlimited Church (HopeUC) on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia, which has now grown into India and the USA.
Darlene is renowned for her compositions sung globally across the church, such as “Shout to the Lord,” “Victor's Crown,” and numerous other songs, including recent projects, "Here I Am, Send Me" and "The Table" from HopeUC. Darlene's accomplishments reflect her fervent passion for God. Darlene says, “First and foremost, I am a woman who simply and wholeheartedly loves Christ, and serves Him through loving my family, serving the church, and speaking up for those who cannot speak for themselves.”

I am thrilled to welcome Rob to the show today. Rob is a prophet with a unique gift for prophetic worship that flows with the movements of the Holy Spirit. He has a passion for intimacy with God and a heart to see the Body of Christ equipped in all aspects of prophecy, worship, and voice.

Rob is senior pastor at My Church Windsor in the UK. He is a member of the British Isles Council of Prophets, Global Prophetic Alliance, and European Prophetic Council, and has been called by God to sing prophetic words over nations, spheres of influence, churches, and individuals. His sung-prophecy is a rare phenomenon that God uses powerfully to minister His word to others.

Aside from his ministry, Rob works as a vocal coach, vocal health practitioner, and founder of Naked Voice Academy, a safe place for singers to learn great techniques and get free from anxiety and shame. Rob's heart's desire is to see the Bride of Christ prepared as pure and spotless for the Bridegroom, as she encounters the Father's love and enters into the fullness of her freedom and destiny in the power of the Holy Spirit.
