Does Lexia actually help? ›

The grade level and Lexia Core5 level correlations are: K (levels 2-5), 1st Grade (levels 6-9), 2nd Grade (levels 10-12), 3rd Grade (levels 13-15), 4th Grade (levels 16-18), and 5th Grade (levels 19-21). Once students finish level 21, they have completed Lexia Core5.

What Lexia level should a 2nd grader be at? ›

When a student completes a level in Core5, a certificate becomes available for them in myLexia. Teachers can view certificates and mark them as delivered from the Action Plan on a Class Overview page. Administrators can mark certificates as delivered via the Certificates section on a School Overview.

Adolescent Literacy

To address student learning and the need to prepare students for success beyond K–12, Lexia has developed an instructional product for non-proficient readers in grades 6 and above that is now available for home use!

The units target corresponds to the student's usage target and is a rate of two units for every ten minutes of usage. For example, a student with a weekly usage goal of 40 minutes would have a weekly target of 8 units.

Lexia English is an adaptive blended learning program designed for emergent bilinguals in grades K-6. The program focuses on the development of speaking, listening, and grammar skills through academic conversations.
